IF YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT AND, FOR WHATEVER REASON, ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO FREE UP TIME SLOTS FOR OTHER PARENTS – WE HAD SEVERAL PARENTS BOOK APPOINTMENTS IN THE AUTUMN TERM AND DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENT.
